Select students have been named to the Spring 2018 Dean's List at Roger Williams University in Bristol, R.I. Full-time students who complete 12 or more credits per semester and earn a GPA of 3.4 or higher are placed on the Dean's List that semester.

With a core of eight seniors leading the team, the Warriors are hoping to secure the team's first Little East Conference championship since 2013. A strong and consistent offense will be key to the team this year. If the team can score goals at last year's rate, they well may reach their goal of a conference title.

The HCC Theater Department will present the play by Henrik Ibsen April 19-21 at 7:30 in the Leslie Phillips Theater in HCC's Fine & Performing Arts Building, with a matinee performance Sat., April 21, at 2 p.m. The play is directed by Tom Geha with stage design by Matthew Whiton.

A number of Eastern students commit to student internships as an on-site practical work experience with a company or organization that can provide them with firsthand knowledge of a career field. The internship is usually related to the student's major or is directly related to the student's career interest. They often complement the student's coursework, can incorporate skills and classroom experience into the workplace and assist the student in developing new abilities and skills.
Western New England University recently held Student Senate elections for the 2015-2016 academic year. The Student Senate is the official voice of full-time students and is comprised of representatives from each class, representatives from each of the Colleges of Arts and Sciences, Business, and Engineering, commuter and resident representatives. The Student Senate serves as a liaison between students, faculty, and the administration of the University and appoints representatives to sit on joint committees of the Faculty Senate in order to encourage cooperation and to foster joint decision making.
